Terra Gayrimenkul is an estate agency managing a portfolio of homes, villas, land and commercial property for sale and rent across Antalya and the surrounding coast. We are not a listings marketplace; every property you see on this site is part of our own portfolio.

1. What we do
We bring owners and buyers together and follow the process from start to finish. We visit every property we take on, price it against its own district, and prepare the listing ourselves. We do not publish third-party listings.
2. Where we work
We work in central Antalya and along the coastal districts:
- Konyaaltı — the seafront strip and newer residential schemes.
- Muratpaşa — the city centre, commercial space and renovated flats.
- Lara — gated-complex homes and detached villas.
- Alanya — investment property and zoned land.
- Belek — residences by the golf courses and holiday homes.
- Kaş — stone houses over the bay and boutique homes.
3. How we work
- We see the property in person and value it against current prices in its district.
- We prepare the listing ourselves and verify the photographs and details.
- We stand with both sides through viewings, negotiation and contract.
- We guide you through the title transfer, the valuation report and utility transfers.
4. Service in three languages
A large share of buyers in Antalya come from abroad. Our advisers work in Turkish, English and Russian, and this site is published in all three. We guide foreign buyers through the tax number, the valuation report and the title transfer.
5. Licence
Our Real Estate Trade Authorisation Certificate number will be published below.
