We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect while you use the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

- The email address you enter in the alerts form and your site language.
- Server access logs: IP address, browser details, the address you visited and when.
- Session and security cookies, plus the currency you selected.
2. Data that stays on your device
Listings you add to favourites are stored only in your own browser. That information is never sent to our server, is never visible to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.
3. How we use it
We use what we collect to send new listing alerts if you asked for them, to answer your requests, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
4. We use no third-party tracking
There is no analytics software, advertising pixel or social media tracker on this site. Fonts and other assets are served from our own server, so your visit is not tracked by third parties.
5. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work:
- Session cookie: required to keep form submissions secure.
- XSRF cookie: protects against cross-site request forgery.
- Currency cookie: shows prices in the currency you chose.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing. Sharing is limited to competent authorities where the law requires it, and to the service provider we use to send email.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, session cookies are encrypted and a content security policy is enforced. Access to the management panel is limited to authorised users.
8. Retention
Your email address is kept for as long as your subscription lasts. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted. Server access logs are kept for no longer than six months.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are not designed for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
